How to test stress and SpO2 manually?
1.Make sure your wrist and the back of the watch keep clean before testing stress and SpO2.
2.Switch to SpO2/Stress page on the watch,click to start,sitting and do not move about 1 minute.
3.After 1 minute,the SpO2/Stress data will show on the screen.
How to Pair with Your Phone?(If failure to synchronize may be due to unconnected Bluetooth, which can be solved by bluetooth connection)
1.Download and Install “Zeroner Health PRO” APP to your phone.
2.Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone.
3.Open the “Zeroner Health PRO” App – Click “ADD A DEVICE” and find your device – Click “Pair”.
NOTE:
You need to charge your device for one hour to activate it before using at the first time.
For system reasons, if you are used an android phone and need to confirm the access rights,choice all allowed Please.
If you cannot connect to the APP,Can be through unbind,clear the record,uninstall the APP and reinstall it.
The duration of the smart watch battery is affected by the notification frequency. Please use the notification function as appropriate.
Please make sure that the ‘Zeroner Health PRO’ app notification is open in your phone’s setting,Settings>Notifications>Zeroner Health PRO>Allow Notifications;Make sure Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners is open.
When using a watch to monitor blood oxygen, please wear it according to the watch’s instructions. Improper wearing may lead to inaccurate monitoring. The wallpaper of the watch can be changed within the APP.
Use message reminder?
1. Keep the Bluetooth pairing connection between the smart watch and the smart phone(For the first connection, please turn on internet traffic data/WIFI),The watch is connected to the phone in the APP.
2. Turn on the “notification access right” of the smart phone and need to give zeroner hearlth pro.app permission to read text messages and contacts.
3. Open the smart reminder facebook / SMS / other etc in the APP and sync to the smart watch.
