How to sync your watch with your smart phone to update time and date:
1.Download the VeryfitPro app by scanning the QR code on our user manual, or search for “VeryfitPro” on Google Play or the Apple App store.
2.Open the VeryFitPro—Device—Bind Device.
3.Select “ID205G” and “Confirm Bind Device” on your smartphone screen.
4.The time of the watch will automatically synchronize with your phone after bound successfully, if did not, please sliding down the app homepage to refresh data by manual.
