What should you do if your speakers cannot be turned on?
The reset method is: insert the small pin into the small hole next to the charging port for 3 seconds to reset
If the version you purchased does not have this hole, please try the following methods.
1. Please try to reset the product by pressing and turning off the power button for 15 seconds)
2. Insert the USB cable and charge the product for 5 minutes, then try to turn it off.
3. Still unable to turn off the power, finally try to turn off the power of the product, then charge the product for 30 minutes, and then try to turn on the power again.
4. After working in a humid environment for a long time, suddenly it cannot be turned on. You can pour water into the machine during this period of time, then put the product at a slightly higher temperature, dry the USB socket, and then turn it on. Please do not charge, please wait 48 hours and then try to start again.
