Why l cannot find the Bluetooth of my watch on Zeroner Health Pro APP?
Please ensure the watch is not paired with other mobile devices.Then make sure the watch’s screen is on,and keep the watch near your mobile phone(within 10 meters). Meanwhile,please allow Zeroner Health Pro APP to access your location,otherwise it won’t be able to search your watch
Why the watch doesn’t sync sleeping data to Zeroner Health Pro APP?
Please allow Zeroner Health Pro APP to access your mobile phone’s storage. Go to Profile>Permission settings>Storage permissions in the APP). It usually take 2 minutes to finish the data synchronization.Please stay on the APP page when synchronizing data. By the way,the watch only records your sleeping data from 8:00 p.m.to 9:00 a.m. It will not record the data for daytime sleep.
How to stop the watch from receiving notifications?
Go to your mobile phone’s settings,then disable the notifications permission for Zeroner Health Pro APP.
Or,go to Device>Message Notification in the Zeroner Health Pro APP to block the APP from sending notifications to your watch
How to change the watch face ?
Long press the watch face for 2-3s till the choosing mark appear at the upper-left corner, Swipe up and down to check all the available topics Long press again to choose the topic you want,Short click to choose the watch dial you want in the topic you chosen.
How can I do if Sp02 does not give reading at all?
Please sitting and don’t move,be quiet and keep the face up,make sure the watch is in connection with your skin.Also,please know that the smart watch cannot support for monitoring Sp02 level when exercising.
