Skar Audio introduces the SDR-3X8D2 triple 8-inch loaded vented subwoofer enclosure for those seeking extreme bass output in their car audio system but who are limited by space in their vehicle. Featuring three of the Skar Audio SDR-8 700 Watt dual 2-ohm subwoofers, this 2, 100 Watt max power loaded enclosure was engineered to get loud and low. Achieve head turning levels of bass output with this loaded enclosure and let size and space limitations be a thing of the past. The three dual 2-ohm subwoofers come pre-loaded and wired up inside of this custom triple 8″ ported enclosure with a final impedance load of 1. 33-ohms to a single speaker terminal cup located on the backside of the enclosure. This competition grade ported enclosure was designed for ultra responsive, low end frequency response, with all three drivers utilizing a single large shared chamber that shares two advanced slot ports located on opposites sides of the rear of the enclosure. We engineer our products to not only sound great, but to stand the test of time – which is why we construct this enclosure out of only the finest grade medium density fiberboard (MDF). Furthermore, the craftsmanship and build quality of this enclosure are world class and exemplified top to bottom. One such example of this being a double front baffle for enhanced strength that also doubles as a design enhancement allowing the subwoofers to be mounted with a flush finish.
